最近发生在安徽合肥的一起保险诈骗案件中，就有这么一位糊涂的妻子，为了帮丈夫骗取保险理赔，不但隐瞒丈夫酒驾的事实，还串通事故其他当事人进行联合骗保，最终令自己身陷囹圄，追悔莫及。 01 狡猾的丈夫 串通他人蓄谋骗保 2017年6月19日晚，案件被告李某酒后驾驶小轿车行至一小区门口时，接连撞上了停在路边的被告人王某和朱某的车辆，导致3辆车不同程度受损。 因担心酒后驾车败露，到时保险公司不理赔，李某就动起来歪脑筋。于是他故意向王某和朱某摊牌自己酒驾的情况，吓唬两人说这样大家可能都拿不到钱，并顺势提出找人“顶包”欺骗交警部门和保险公司的想法。 为能获得保险理赔，已经被说到蒙圈的王、朱二人最终表示同意。随后，李某联系朋友沈某到达事故现场“顶包”，接着沈某拨打了报警电话和保险公司电话，谎称自己出了车祸。 一场闹剧就这样上演了…… 在之后交警部门和保险公司的调查过程中，上述4人均按照约定进行虚假陈述，最终骗取保险理赔金14万余元。当李某等人正为计划得逞而沾沾自喜的时候，事情却意外出现了转折。 02 糊涂的妻子 为爱隐瞒酒驾真相 在理赔过程中，保险公司发现该起事故存有疑点，并于2017年9月20日向当地公安机关报案。公安机关予以立案侦查，经过一系列的调查取证和询问走访后，成功让李某等4名犯罪嫌疑人抓捕归案。 2018年8月28日，公安机关将该案移送庐阳区检察院审查起诉。令人蹊跷的是，在办案检察官认真审查全案证据后发现，无论是保险公司的报案陈述，还是各被告人的供述中都提及到一个名字——李某的妻子何某。 难道何某在整个诈骗过程中一直扮演着主导者的角色？并主动引导其他涉案人员按照李某设定的“剧本”进行虚假陈述，欺骗交警部门和保险公司？ 鉴于何某具有重大作案嫌疑，应当由公安机关进一步侦查摸排，所以庐阳区检察院迅速启动追诉程序，将案件退回公安机关补充侦查，重点要求查明何某的涉案情况。 03 骗局终败露 为夫身陷法律牢笼 经公安机关补充侦查后发现，有多项证据证实何某涉嫌犯罪，至此骗局败露，何某最终难逃法律的制裁。 2018年10月21日，在接到公安机关的电话通知后，何某主动到案，并如实供述了全部犯罪事实。 04 文章小结 一个为掩盖罪行蓄意骗保，一个被爱蒙蔽双眼助纣为孽，这夫妻二人心存侥幸，以为可以瞒天过海，最终却难逃办案人员敏锐的双眼，身陷囹圄。可怜！可悲！可恨！ 夫妻情深固然重要，但任何情感都不能凌驾于法律之上，在法制日益健全的今天没有“法外之地”，任何践踏法律的行为，都将受到严惩。
